Jewell Home Care is a family business that myself, Monica Ralh and my mother Diane Hayes opened. My mother Diane has been in the healthcare industry for over 20 years working at Hospitals, RCFE, ALF and with Private Clients as well. She taught me at a young age what caring for other meant, no matter what circumstances or condition they were in and so did my grandmother. They were both firm believers of spreading love.

The name Jewell came from my grandmother. Just like her name she was a jewel... She cared for everyone who came into her home with love, compassion and home cooked meals. As she got older she became blind, but still never missed a beat as she cared for her husband and still guided her sons. She never let her blindness hinder her or define who she was. My grandmother was a true definition of a jewel and we care for our residents as such.

Our mission

In our small community based home we provide an alternate living situation for seniors who can no longer live safely at home, but require more personal help and supervision then is available in a larger independent care facility.
